Frankie Bridge has opened up on how she deals with having low days when she misses taking her antidepressants.
The 31 year old, who was recently under fire for allowing her children to use iPads at the dinner table, told her Instagram followers last week how she forgot to order more antidepressants before running out of them.
The star explained how frustrated she was as she was left feeling tired and down. Now, speaking exclusively to OK! Online, Frankie has discussed what happens when she misses a few days of her medication.

"I feel okay today actually," she started. "I think yesterday I felt extra tired and it's more frustrating because I know that I need to not run out [of antidepressants]."
Describing the impact of what skipping a day or two by accident can have on her mind and body, she continued: "There's like little bubbles in my head and it makes my eyes feel weird, they go a bit funny. That's as far as I can describe it.
"I got quite a few people say that they get the same or quite a few people say that it almost feels like a bit of an electric shock. I suppose everyone experiences it differently."
Frankie, who recently hit the town with her other half to celebrate his birthday, knows how to perk her spirits up though as she explained exercise has been a key factor to making her feel better.
"I try to do a workout or if I'm able, I do take the day just to kind of chill out and spend a little bit more time in bed.
"Wayne, my husband, is really good, he'll kind of take the kids out or whatever. Generally, a workout does really help. Or just talking to someone, telling Wayne how I'm feeling."

Praising her 40 year old husband, she added: "He's learned over the years that I'm not asking him to fix anything, I just want him to listen and be there for me.
"Especially with the boys, if I'm having real down day he'll just make himself busy with the boys, he'll take them out and keep them busy so I don't have to. He kind of has learnt over the years to just get on with it and listen."
Frankie is promoting a new ultra low ABV spirit called Atopia and explained to OK! that the low unit of alcohol in the beverage has helped her feel more comfortable drinking with her friends without the fear of losing control.

"As someone who's not a huge drinker – I enjoy a cocktail and a glass of champagne like everyone else – but I'm one of those people where I have a few drinks and I go onto soft drinks. So I feel like I miss out or I'm not as involved.
"I love that with this [Atopia] I still get the great taste of a cocktail and feel like I'm involved but still feel in control and the next day I feel fresh and can get on with my day."
Atopia RRP is £25 and is currently on promotion at Waitrose (£20) and Sainsburys (£18 here).
