Blue belles at the Emmy Awards! Padma Lakshmi, Jameela Jamil and Brittany Snow dazzle as best dress stars arrive on red carpet
The 71st Emmy Awards red carpet kicked off on Sunday outside the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles a bit earlier than expected this year.
And Padma Lakshmi, Jameela Jamil, and Brittany Snow were the belles in blue leading the best dressed glamour.
From a light shade of sky blue to a pop of turquoise, the ladies took the red carpet by storm in complimentary shades of azure.

The show has no host this year, but plenty of presenters will add star wattage including Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner as well as Viola Davis, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Michael Douglas.
Olivia Culpo of I Feel Pretty was among the first to hit the event in a dazzling ivory colored gown with tulle ruffles everywhere. Next came The Hills star Kristin Cavallari in a bright neon yellow dress that could not be missed.
The 27-year-old brunette social media favorite Culpo showed off her toned legs and added pearl colored satin pumps.
She wore her hair up with a strand falling down over her face.
Culpo went heavy on the brown and black eye makeup for a dramatic effect and added pale pink lips.
Olivia is an American fashion influencer, reality television and social media personality, former beauty pageant title holder and actress. After winning the Miss Rhode Island USA competition, she went on to be crowned Miss USA, and then Miss Universe in 2012.

A lot of fabric to spare: At one point, the 38-year-old My Girl star pulled out the edges to make the skirt look like a fan
It’s real: Bethenny Frankel of Real Housewives Of New York had on a black strapless sequined gown that made the most of her Skinnygirl figure with a high slit up one legs. The Bravo beauty let her hair fall down over her bare shoulders.
Her long purple hair also stood out from the crowd.
Veep star Anna Chlumsky wore a green dress with pink and purple florals and several mini pleats.
Mom Sharon had on a similar dress only her chest was covered and she was bedecked in a heavy diamond necklace with matching rings.

There will also be Keeping Up with the Kardashians members Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner.
Gwyneth Paltrow of The Politician will be there too as will Angela Bassett (9-1-1 and The Flood). Viola Davis (How to Get Away with Murder), Michael Douglas (The Kominsky Method), Taraji P. Henson (Empire), Terrence Howard (Empire), Naomi Watts (The Loudest Voice), Zendaya (Euphoria) and Julia Louis-Dreyfus (VEEP).
