Selena HEB bags are back on sale in Texas, and they’ll likely fly off the shelves

H-E-B grocery stores first debuted limited edition Selena-themed reusable bags in March, and they flew off the shelves. Now, the Texas chain is bringing the popular bags back to give fans a second chance at getting one.

On Dec. 6, bags will be sold for $2 each, with a limit of two per person, at all H-E-B locations in Texas as well as Joe V’s Smart Shop and Mi Tienda stores.

Customers can purchase the bags starting at 6 a.m. or when the store opens, H-E-B officials said.

The second-edition reusable bag features Selena Quintanilla-Perez in her mirror outfit with her hair in a bun against a gray bokeh background.

One side of the bag has “Siempre” printed across the Queen of Tejano. The other side features a close up of the singer with her iconic signature. Each side also showcases quotes from Selena. The signature, border and straps are purple and made of 100 percent recycled material.

Each store will have a designated selling location where bags can be purchased. The bag also will be available for purchase online exclusively at selena.heb.com. The bags will not be available for purchase from Central Market, HEB.com or through H-E-B Curbside and Home Delivery.
