Stars Voice Support for Bella Thorne After She Slams Whoopi Goldberg's Nude Photo Comments

“When ur friends come out of the woodworks to support u is all u need to be brave,” the 21-year-old captioned the first post of screenshots.

Zendaya, Tyler Posey, Lucy Hale and more stars are standing behind Bella Thorne.

On Wednesday, the former Disney Channel star shared screenshots of messages she received from famous friends who had sent their love to Thorne just days after Whoopi Goldberg chastised her on "The View" for taking nude photos.

"When ur friends come out of the woodworks to support u is all u need to be brave," Thorne captioned the first post of screenshots. "PART ONE and thank u @dovecameron for speaking up SO much on this matter and posting on your grid."

"All u need is support to be brave part two," she wrote in the second. "@zendaya called me today to make sure I was ok, we talked a lot about this generation, the one before us as well, and how as women we shouldn’t feel bad about ourselves our bodies. Slut shaming is one of the biggest topics of this generation but yet we still keep going some how. It’s really really sad. 🚫 the view 🚫"

Thorne, who co-starred with Zendaya on the Disney Channel series "Shake It Up" from 2010 to 2013, also shared a screengrab of a sweet message she received from Zendaya.

"Just a reminder that you are strong and courageous and beautiful inside and out," the 22-year-old wrote in the text. "You f–king broke my heart with that damn ig post but anyway, just being a f–king sap right now just letting you know you’re a light and I’m super proud. Love you."

Actress Lucy Hale voiced her support for Thorne in an Instagram DM. "Good for you baby girl. I’m so proud of you for speaking up," she wrote. "This breaks my heart. But you’re making a difference for other girls and women!"

Even one of Thorne’s exes, Tyler Posey, also slammed the man who allegedly "threatened" the actress with hacked photos. "Yo bell I read a little about your nude thing. Really f–king cool what you did. F–k that guy," he wrote. "Yeah badass. Really cool of you."

Lily-Rose Depp applauded Thorne’s decision to not only share her nudes after she was hacked, but to address Goldberg’s criticism.

"Amen!!!! Proud of you for what you did and how you’re speaking out about it," Depp wrote. "You’re absolutely right and anyone who’s saying otherwise is just wrong, living in another century, and clearly completely unconcerned by what repercussions words like that might have as it relates to young people and how they view their sexualities and bodies. Sending u love and I would’ve done the same thing!!!"

Actress Dove Cameron pleaded with Goldberg to "please, be better" and asked "Where is the support for young women. I love women. Everyone should love women. Don’t be an asshole! Sexuality is part of being HUMAN. But judgement and objectification is not. Ugh, I can’t handle to ugly."

Singer Madison Beer also sent Thorne love and support, writing "THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Why aren’t we talking about the men who betrayed our trust and humiliated us? Why aren’t we saying shame on them for doing something so nasty and mean."

She added, "We clearly trust those we send anything risky to as people in the public so thank you for saying this."

It all began on Saturday when Thorne "took [her] power back" by posting her own nude photos on Twitter, after a hacker "threatened" her when they got a hold of them.

On Monday’s episode of "The View," Goldberg called out Thorne for taking the pictures in the first place, rather than being sympathetic. The morning host claimed no famous person should be surprised if their nudes leak.

"If you’re famous, I don’t care how old you are," Goldberg said. "You don’t take nude pictures of yourself. Once you take that picture it goes into the Cloud and it’s available to any hacker who wants it, and if you don’t know that in 2019 that this is an issue, I’m sorry. You don’t get to do that."

Thorne hit back at Goldberg on Instagram in a series of emotional videos to her Stories, in which "The Duff" star spoke through tears.

"Shame on you, Whoopi," Thorne said. "Shame on you and shame on you for putting that public opinion just out there like that for every young girl to think that they’re disgusting for even taking a photo like that."
