Controversy won’t stop Louis C.K.
Just a couple of weeks after the comedian was slammed for mocking Parkland survivors at a Long Island gig, C.K. is returning to the stage in Albany on Thursday night. The show, which was announced at the last-minute Thursday morning, will take place at the Funny Bone Comedy Club at Crossgates Mall. The show sold out in fewer than 45 minutes, the Times-Union reported.
C.K.’s comeback tour following allegations of sexual misconduct has been littered with controversy. In multiple appearances, C.K. used his scandal as fodder for his routines and even joked he’d rather “be in Auschwitz.” He also quipped that he “lost $35 million in an hour” after news broke that he masturbated in front of various women.
